Chris Williams was born and raised in Land O’ Lakes, Florida. He attended the University of South Florida and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in computer engineering. He began his career with the Pasco County School District in the Information Services Department. In 2004, Chris was promoted to work in the Planning Department where he currently serves as the Director of Planning. In his role, Chris is responsible for planning new school capacity, real estate, student projections and attendance boundaries.
In his spare time Chris continues his passion for helping children around the world by serving on the board of directors of Awana Clubs International, an international Christian children’s and youth ministry. He also loves the outdoors and likes to travel, fish, and play golf.
Chris lives in Dade City with his wife Bonnie. They have three children and one daughter-in-law, Tyler (and Erin), Kylie, and Christy.
