Jeff is the Director of the National Center on School Infrastructure (NCSI) and Director of Public Infrastructure Initiatives at the Center for Cities + Schools, both based at the University of California, Berkeley. Jeff is a leading national voice on school facility infrastructure policy, finance, and equity issues. He holds a Master of Community and Regional Planning from the University of Nebraska and a Ph.D. in City and Regional Planning from Berkeley.
