Katherine Shor (she/her) works at the Town of Chapel Hill as a Senior Planner in the Planning Department. She has a Master’s degree from Tufts University Urban and Environmental Policy and Planning (UEP). She was a youth worker at non-profit organizations and wrote her master’s thesis on evaluating youth-adult partnership models within community-based organizations. Her research and work experience focuses on education, inclusive participation, and program evaluation. She lives in Durham, North Carolina with her spouse.
