NAOMI CYTRON

Naomi is Managing Director of the National Center on School Infrastructure (NCSI) at the University of California, Berkeley. Previously, Naomi served as regional manager and research associate with the Community Development Department at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, where her portfolio focused on comprehensive neighborhood reinvestment, gentrification and displacement risks, early childhood education, climate resilience, and data infrastructure. She holds a Master’s degree in City and Regional Planning from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
