Adelyn Stroup is the Director of Strategic Initiatives at the Community Learning Center Institute (CLCI) in Cincinnati, a national leader in the community schools movement. She leads place-based strategies that create the conditions for learning and drive neighborhood revitalization through the community schools model. She also oversees the School-Centered Neighborhood Development (SCND) initiative, aligning education, housing, health, and economic development while scaling integrated models statewide and connecting cradle-to-career supports through cross-sector partnerships.
