Bill is a licensed architect in the State of California and has worked on planning and designing K12 public school facilities for more than four decades. He is a former Facility Director/Bond Construction Program Manager at two California School Districts. He is a former Assistant Executive Officer of California’s State Allocation Board, which works with California’s Office of Public School Construction to fund New Construction and Modernization projects. More recently, he has provided school construction program management consulting services for multiple California school districts.
