Brian is the Research Associate and Land Use Planner supporting the OREd program’s work advising K-12 school districts. With over 10 years experience in GIS and over 5 years in community planning, Brian brings to bear a variety of backgrounds: spatial analysis, residential land development, zoning, permitting, and more. Brian supports the foundation of data-driven school planning through comprehensive Land Use Studies. His work enables demography and scenario planning that are both tailored and grounded in the unique local conditions of each community.
