Dare is an urban planner with expertise in spatial analytical methods and Geographic Information Systems. At WXY she leads projects that use computational methods to assist local governments and school districts with design and policy challenges. Dare holds an MS in Urban Planning from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Architecture Planning and Preservation and a BA in Architecture from Barnard College. She teaches courses on mapping as a form of design practice at Columbia.
