David’s student-focused approach has earned him long-term relationships with clients nationwide, such as his ten-year collaboration with Arlington Independent School District (ISD), where he provided the initial master plan, developed educational specifications, and helped pass two bond programs. Passionate about community engagement, David has worked for over 70 local school districts, 9 State Departments of Education, and conducted more than 225 community meetings leading to over $6 billion in bonds. Clients value his ability to develop strategies, support and plans that facilitate desired change.
