Jason Washington leads initiatives to accelerate school facility upgrades and new school construction through public-private partnerships and alternative delivery models for Prince George’s County Public Schools. He played a key role in the district’s bundled-school P3 program, which aimed to deliver six new schools by 2023 under one streamlined partnership combining design, financing, construction, and maintenance. Before stepping into infrastructure partnerships, Jason began his career as a teacher, bringing firsthand experience in education into his facility and infrastructure work. Jason holds a bachelor’s degree from Morehouse College, a master’s in education from the University of St. Thomas, and a JD from NYU School of Law.
