Kevin Hart is an ITRE Program Manager for the North Carolina statewide Transportation Information Management System (TIMS). The NC TIMS Project is an ongoing effort to provide school bus route software training, support and assistance to Public School Systems and Charter School Clients in North Carolina. Kevin holds undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Sociology from Concord University, and a Master’s Degree in Applied Social Research from West Virginia University. Before returning to graduate school, he worked within the field of behavioral healthcare as a case manager for disruptive children, their families, and adults suffering from mental illness. As a graduate student, Kevin served as a Teaching Assistant in the Eberly College of Arts & Sciences, performed a Teaching Practicum in Advanced Data Analysis and then served as a Research Assistant within the Division of Planning and Finance where he conducted institutional research on WVU peer institutions. While at UNC Charlotte, Kevin was also an Adjunct Professor within the Department of Sociology for eight years.
