Kwame Spearman is a proud Colorado native with degrees from Columbia University, Yale Law School, and Harvard Business School. After starting his career as a Management Consultant at Bain & Company in Boston and New York, he now focuses on helping public institutions, especially school districts, create housing opportunities for their employees. He has partnered with or served 12 school districts across Colorado in this capacity.
