Pranita Ranbhise is Executive Director of Planning at Oakland Unified School District, where she leads facilities planning, sustainability, asset management, and master planning. She oversees short- and long-term facility goals for all district-owned campuses and supports strategic optimization of existing space and infrastructure to serve students effectively. Before joining OUSD, Pranita managed large-scale facility and capital improvement programs, student enrollment projections, data visualization projects, and coordinated agency and community stakeholder input at Fairfax County (Va.) Public Schools. She holds master’s degrees in Community Development (Urban Studies & Planning) from the University of Maryland and in Project Management from Harrisburg University of Science & Technology.
