Robin O’Hara has been the Senior Planner, Department of Planning and Construction, Montgomery County Public Schools (MD) since 2018. Robin previously worked for DC Public Schools, Arlington Public Schools (VA), and Fairfax County Public Schools (VA). She has also been a consultant for school planning projects across the country; Robin holds a master’s degree in Urban Planning, from University of Virginia, and a bachelor’s degree in Geography, Urban Systems, from McGill University. A long-time member of the Association for Learning Environments (A4LE), she has held the designation of Recognized Educational Facility Planner (REFP) for many years, and is part of the 2025 class of Learning Environment (LE) Fellows.
